I strongly believe in driving business results, innovation and transformation through people and throughout my career, I have worked with executives, senior leaders and program leads on their individual growth, with teams to increase their effectiveness, and with businesses to develop their organisation and drive transformation.

My engagemet with leaders at all levels has been in the capacity as internal as well as external coach and consultant. Further, I have taken up top and senior leadership positions in international organisations like Maersk, Svitzer, and VELUX as HR leader and Program Leader of various initiativies around digital transformation, cultural transformation, aquisitions and general organisational design and development.

As a foundation for my practical experience, I come with an academic background as Ph.D. in Economics from Aarhus and Copenhagen Universities. Over the years, I have supplemented this with training in Industrial Psychology, certification in Existential Psychotherapy and an ICF certification in Executive Coaching.

Da den græske filosof Heraclitus 500 år før Kristus konstaterede, at "Det eneste konstante er forandring" forestillede han sig sikkert ikke, hvordan verden ville se ud 2500 år senere. Hvor Heraclitus brugte metaforen om en en flod, der konstant var i bevægelse for at beskrive det konstante flow i naturen, får du nærmere en følelse af et vandfald og stormfyldt farvand, når du kigger på den moderne verden. Uanset hvilken branche du er i eller størrelsen af din virksomhed, er den konstant under udvikling, forandring eller ligefrem transformation.

Executive Coaching og Individuel Vækst

"Hvad der fik dig hertil, vil ikke få dig derhen" var titlen på Marshal Goldsmiths berømte bog fra 2007 om hvordan du succesfuldt bevæger dig opad ledelsestrappen. Den klassiske transition mellem roller er stadig en afgørende udløser for personlig udvikling, men "Hvad der fik dig hertil, vil ikke få dig derhen" kan anvendes meget bredere. Hastigheden for hvor hurtigt forandringer kommer og behovet for transformation på tværs af alle industrier, understreger det faktum, at top ledelse handler om løbende personlig vækst. Hvad der gjorde dig succesfuld som top leder sidste år, vil ikke gøre dig succesfuld i år. Og endnu mindre i årene, der kommer.

Jeg tilbyder individuelle programmer til at accelerere din udvikling. Alle programmer vil være målrettet din situation, og vi vil gennem hele programmet fokusere på dine mål og fremskridt.

Team Coaching og Udvikling

At få Top Ledelsesteams til at yde optimalt ("High Performing Teams") har været et må for ledere og organisationer i årtier. Som Robert Hogan grundlægger af Hogan Assessments udtrykker det, handler det om at opnå enighed om prioriteter (aligned), at få et optimalt samarbejde (along) og opnå resultater (ahead).

Den klassiske modus operandi for et ledelsesteam er historie. De dage, hvor du med den samme gruppe af mennesker uforstyrret kunne følge en årlig proces er ikke længere realiteten - hvis det nogensinde har været det.

Ledelsesteams i dag står ansigt til ansigt med andre typer af udfordringer og deres rolle og hvordan de samarbejder må følge trop.

Jeg vil tage dit ledelsesteam igennem et program, der matcher den forretningsrealitet, du står overfor og arbejde både med det strukturelle og teamdynamikken.

Assessment for udvikling, rekruttering og forfremmelser

Lad os være ærlige: Langt de fleste beslutninger omkring talent er baseret på manglende og uprofessionel anvendelse af metoder og praksis og krydret med alle mulige former for personlige biases. Der er ikke noget at sige til, at succesraten for rekrutteringer og forfremmelser er så lav, som de er.

Det er naturligvis ikke optimalt ikke at have et solidt fundament, når der skal træffes beslutninger om rekruttering, forfremmelse eller udvikling. Det kan endda være farligt for forretningen. Det vil hæmme organisationens udvikling, og endnu værre kan det underminere loyaliteten hos dine top talenter. Hvis de ikke stoler på din dømmekraft, er der stor risiko for at de søger andre steder hen.

Jeg tilbyder at udfærdige solide individuelle assessments og evalueringer af teams, funktioner og organisationer. Jeg anvender best-practice metoder gennem interviews, 360 graders data, assessment centres, og psykometriske tests som f.eks. Hogan.

Talent

McKenzie declared the “War for Talent” in 1997 and the mindset around talent have not changed much ever since. Based on an assumption that few, specific critical roles in organisation has a huge disproportional contribution to the overall result of an organisation, Talent Management has been reduced to a race for and heavy investments in the few highly skilled and “High Potential” individuals who can take up these positions.

While it’s still critical to have roboust succession planning for the most senior roles, it is clear that a narrow focus on few individuals is not reflecting how people in general create value and we’ll need to rethink how we invest more broadly in talent development and in creating an environment where diverse talent thrives.

Further, we see strong trends and significant changes in how future talent will connect with organisations and work-life in general. No doubt that we will face stronger requests for ongoing feedback and development, and future talent will ask for room to explore alternative career routes. And don’t be mistaken, if we don’t manage to inspire, it will be followed by a firm decisions to exit and seek a meaningful career in a different organisation.

Together with a lot of other chaning aspects of future work, primarily driven by technology and internationalisation, we need to rethink our talent approaches for the future. This will involve new views on how talent look and where to find it, and I offer a structured approach to how you align with your business environment and strategy.
